PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Shipping Rates and Carriers
We utilize various carriers to supply our products to customers. This may include, but is not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates.  The cost of such shipments shall be determined at checkout and will be included in the final purchase.  All packages will ship standard unless otherwise noted. All standard shipping rates are for delivery addresses within the continental United States. 

International Shipping Policy
  • International shipping rates and rules vary. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order. 
  • Outside of the United States, customs or duty charges may apply. Live Love Speech is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that the recipient may incur.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen by any mail carrier service unless we make a mistake on the shipping address. 

Shipping Restrictions
We will not ship to P.O. boxes and may not be able to ship to certain business locations. Please verify at checkout if you have any questions. 

Returns
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kristine@livelovespeech.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 


DIGITAL DOWNLOADS 

Any digital product(s) purchased on the Live Love Speech site do not require shipping of any kind. We will not for any reason ship you physical versions of the product. 

Files will be immediately delivered and available for download. Any products that are updated will be available for download as well.
