Refund policy

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase (with the exception of preorder items). Products must be unopened and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be issued once the product has been returned and determined to be unopened and unused.

PREORDER items will be accepted for returns within 15 days from the shipping date.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kristine@livelovespeech.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Any digital product(s) purchased on the Live Love Speech site that do not require shipping of a physical product, will not be refunded.

Files will be immediately delivered and available for download. Any products that are updated will be available for download as well.
